Dear Prospective Parent and Student,

Thank you for requesting information about Evangelical Christian Academy. Our school's purpose is to assist parents in providing a Christ-centered education of high academic quality so that the pupils may be prepared to take an active, vital place in the home, the church, the state and in their future vocations by applying Christian principles in a Biblical manner that is glorifying to God.

Our campus includes Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grade. Our school day is 8:30 to 3:00, with Pre-Kindergarten and Half Day Kindergarten going from 8:30 to 11:30 each day. We offer Eagle's Nest Before and After School Care from 7am to 8:10 and 3:15 to 6pm for ECA families, for children five years old and above.

We are accredited by Association of Christian Schools International and North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement. This means our curriculum, procedures, school and facilities have been evaluated and meet high national standards. We are very proud of ECA and would like to show it to you. The following steps are necessary to apply for admittance to Evangelical Christian Academy.

Complete and return the application form to an ECA office with the non-refundable application fee.

The ECA office will contact parents to arrange for screening of the student and a visit with the principal.

Based on a review of each application, student, and the interview, the principal will inform parents of acceptance. Billing for tuition and fees will be sent upon notification of acceptance.

A registration fee and a specified tuition amount will be due prior to the first day of attendance. The ECA office will request school records from the last attended school. Immunizations records, an emergency information form, and an early dismissal form will also be required to complete the student's records.

Evangelical Christian Academy is committed to working in unison with the home and church to nurture each student spiritually, socially and academically. Thank you for expressing your interest in ECA.
